Post workout protein shake with glutamine
2 pork steaks, broccoli, 6 oat cakes, avocado & olives - I was heading out & wanted something to keep me going
Monkey Nuts
Roast Chicken, baked sweet potato & salad
Yoghurt, peanut butter & cinnamon
Water: 2-3 litres
Energy Levels: Very tired late afternoon
Activities: Biked 7 miles. Gym workout 45mins.
Temptation? I went to Twickenham to watch my friend play in the Army Vs Navy rugby match, I suppose a guinness would have been nice.
Mood: Ok
Notes: Wiped out in the evening, went to bed at 20:45 on a Saturday night (rock'n'roll), unfortunately I woke up at 05:00 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep, oh well I've got three 05:45 starts this week, so they shouldn't be such a shock now!
